I’m Shelly Howard, a Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in emergency medicine and pediatrics. In 2019, I transitioned into aesthetic medicine—a field where science, artistry, and confidence come together. As a proud member of the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics with advanced training from Roar Aesthetics, I specialize in delivering precise, natural results as a master injector trusted by clients across the country.
My philosophy is simple: enhance, never overdo. I strive to create a welcoming, safe space where every client feels heard and valued while achieving results that make them feel empowered and radiant. Outside of the treatment room, I’m a devoted wife and mom who’s grateful every day to blend medical expertise and creativity in helping others look and feel their best.

I’m Sarah Thacker, Spa Manager at Lush Esthetics & Med Spa, with over a decade of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry. As a licensed cosmetologist and aesthetician, I’ve built my career on expertise, artistry, and a true passion for helping clients look and feel their best. A proud graduate of Paul Mitchell The School in Lexington, I’ve also trained with top beauty brands like Benefit Cosmetics and Urban Decay, allowing me to blend trend-forward techniques with timeless results.
I specialize in European facials, full-body waxing, and professional spray tanning, all delivered in a warm, welcoming environment where clients can relax and rejuvenate. Outside the spa, I’m a devoted wife and mom of three who’s proud to call Floyd County home. My goal is simple—to help every client leave feeling confident, radiant, and refreshed, inside and out.
